We know you have demanding and sometimes irregular schedules, so we are committed to working with you to ensure that the certificate program assignments meld with your professional responsibilities. Our curriculum combines online learning with monthly residencies to fit in your busy schedule.


Our hybrid program is perfect for busy clinicians and executives with one week online learning, once per month in-person residency, and applied learning!

Online Learning

Applying knowledge to real-world challenges.


You will complete a practicum consisting of either two short (2 months) or one long (4 months) applied experience. This course will provides you with an opportunity to integrate translational science, innovation and clinical knowledge using a live case study from the healthcare industry. You may elect to complete the practicum component at your own workplace or other location.


Weekend Residencies

indianapolisWeekend residency sessions are held one weekend per month in Indianapolis on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  These residency sessions allow you the opportunity to learn and engage with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare leaders and tackle real-world problems through practical application and a team-based approach.
